Not every voice in your head is friendly.

Vincent, a veteran who recently returned home from war, must deal with the onslaught of PTSD while simultaneously coping with the news that his ex-wife has left him. He turns to drugs and alcohol to silence the swarming hive and malicious voices in his head.
