Christopher Coutanceau, is a French chef. He is the head chef at the restaurant Christopher Coutanceau in La Rochelle, which held three Michelin stars from 2020 to 2022 and again in 2025, having held two stars since 2008. He describes himself as a ‘cook-fisherman’ and advocates sustainable fishing. He is the son of chef Richard Coutanceau and the brother of chef Grégory Coutanceau.
